Frequently Asked Questions
-
What can I expect out of my child's gymnastics class?
Monday through Friday: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

What should my child wear to class?
We recommend leotards for girls and athletic wear for boys. Girls may also wear tights or shorts over their leotards, while boys can opt for athletic shorts with fitted shorts underneath. Athletic wear is fine, we ask that you avoid baggy clothing as that could lead to accidents or an injury. Long hair should be tied back securely to avoid distractions or accidents. Also, we ask that you leave all jewelry at home, including earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, to prevent injury. Our classes are also performed barefoot and we provide cubbies for shoes and socks!
-
How long are your classes?
We offer 45 minute long classes and 55 minute long classes.
-
What happens if my child misses a class?
If your child misses a gymnastics class, no worries! We have a Make-Up Token policy in place. When your child misses a class, you'll receive a Make-Up Token that allows you to schedule a make-up session at your convenience. Make-Up Tokens can also be used toward specialty clinics and open gyms! It’s a flexible way to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on the fun and progress, even if they can’t make it to a scheduled class!
-
What age ranges to you coach?
We coach ages 18 months to 18 years.
-
Can I watch my child in class?
Yes! We encourage parents/guardians to watch their child’s gymnastics class because it boosts confidence, motivation, and encourages kids to try new skills. It also helps you see their progress, engage in meaningful conversations, and celebrate achievements. Watching gives you a better understanding of the instructors, gym environment, and the life skills gymnastics builds—like teamwork, discipline, and social growth. Your involvement can make the experience more enjoyable and rewarding for your child!
-
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires a 30-day written notice to administration@riverfrontgymnastics.com if you decide to cancel your enrollment. If you're currently on a contract, please note that there is a fee for each remaining month on the contract.
-
Can I freeze my child's enrollment?
Yes! Our freeze option is a great way to hold your child's spot in class so that they don’t lose their place. It can be used any time for a minimum of one month, and the freeze fee is $49 for every month the enrollment is frozen. There’s also no need to repay the initial registration fee like with a dropped enrollment.
